• Clean and sanitize guest rooms, including making beds, dusting, vacuuming, cleaning bathrooms, and replenishing supplies.
• Replace towels, linens, and amenities as needed.
• Report any maintenance issues or damages in guest rooms to the supervisor or maintenance team.
• Maintain cleanliness of public areas, such as lobbies, hallways, elevators, restrooms, and dining areas.
• Sweep, mop, dust, and clean windows and glass surfaces.
• Collect and distribute laundry (sheets, towels, blankets, etc.).
• Operate washers and dryers, ensuring laundry is clean, folded, and properly stored.
• Restock and organize cleaning supplies, linens, and guest amenities.
• Notify the supervisor when supplies are running low.
• Ensure the cleanliness and safety standards of all areas meet health and safety regulations.
• Follow proper cleaning protocols, including the use of appropriate chemicals and equipment.
• Provide a high level of service by addressing guest requests, concerns, or special cleaning requirements.
• Maintain professionalism and courtesy while interacting with guests and staff.
• Work collaboratively with other housekeeping staff, supervisors, and management to meet cleanliness and service goals.
• Assist in training new housekeeping staff as needed.
• Follow company policies and procedures related to cleaning, safety, and guest services.
• Maintain confidentiality and respect guest privacy.
