Recruitment for the post of Housekeeper and Children's caretaker for Home

Position : Housekeeper and Children's caretaker

Location : Motihari and Areraj, District-East Champaran, State-Bihar.

Job Overview (for Lady Only)

A housekeeper and children's caretaker is responsible for maintaining a clean and organized household while also providing care and supervision for children. This dual role requires balancing housekeeping tasks with childcare duties, ensuring a safe, nurturing, and hygienic environment for the family.

Key Responsibilities:

• Cleaning and Maintenance:
• Clean and tidy all areas to the standard cleanliness within time limits.
• Dusting, floor sweeping, mopping floors, and cleaning windows.
• Disinfecting bathrooms, kitchens, and other high-touch areas.
• Emptying trash and recycling bins.
• Kitchen utensils cleaning.
• Light Cooking work and helping in cooking work.
• Giving supplementary drinks, or medicine to the family members on time.
• Laundry:
• Hand and Machine washing, drying, folding, and ironing clothes and linens.
• Changing bed linens and making beds.
• Special Tasks: (2 to 3 children)
• Taking care of the child, preparing him for school on time, bathing him, feeding him on time and convince them to do school homework done.
• Take care that children do not fight among themselves, take care that they play carefully while playing, take care that they do not break household items.
• Putting baby to sleep on time and waking up on time.
• Giving supplementary drinks, or medicine to the child on time

Preferred Qualifications:

• Previous housekeeping/ Children Caretaker works experience.
• Ability to follow instructions and work independently with minimal supervision.
• Minimum class 8 passed.

Working Conditions:

• Environment: Typically work indoors in homes.
• Physical Requirements: Should be a healthy Person.
• Family members: 2 to 3 persons excluding children
• Working Place: Motihari, Bihar.
• Working hours: Full time.
