Title: In-House Sales Representative - Real Estate : We are seeking a dynamic and enthusiastic individual to join our team as an In-House Sales Representative for our real estate properties. As an integral part of our sales team, you will be responsible for conducting in-house client coordination primarily over the phone, where you will provide detailed information about our real estate properties and assist clients in understanding pricing and other relevant details. Responsibilities:
Client Coordination: Initiate and maintain regular communication with potential clients through outbound calls, emails, and other communication channels to understand their requirements and preferences.
Property Presentation: Effectively present and explain details of real estate properties to clients, including features, amenities, location advantages, and pricing information.
Information Dissemination: Provide accurate and up-to-date information about the properties, pricing, payment plans, and any promotional offers to clients, addressing any queries they may have.
Relationship Building: Build strong rapport and trust with clients by understanding their needs and preferences, and providing personalized assistance throughout the sales process.
Lead Management: Manage leads efficiently, follow up on inquiries promptly, and maintain a database of client interactions and feedback for future reference.
Sales Negotiation: Assist clients in negotiating terms of sale, including price, payment schedules, and other contractual details, while ensuring alignment with company policies and guidelines.
Team Collaboration: Coordinate closely with the sales team, including brokers and other stakeholders, to ensure seamless communication and collaboration in achieving sales targets.
Documentation: Assist clients in completing necessary paperwork and documentation related to property transactions, ensuring accuracy and compliance with legal requirements.
Requirements:
Education: Bachelor\'s degree or equivalent qualification preferred.
Experience: Prior experience in sales, preferably in the real estate sector, is advantageous but not mandatory. Fresh graduates with a passion for sales and excellent communication skills are encouraged to apply.
Communication Skills: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex information clearly and persuasively.
Customer Focus: Strong customer service orientation with a focus on understanding and addressing client needs effectively.
