Job Description

As a House Manager, you will be responsible for managing the daily operations of our residential properties and ensuring the overall satisfaction of our residents. You will oversee maintenance, repairs, and renovations, as well as supervise the housekeeping and security staff. This is a hands-on role that requires excellent organizational and communication skills.Responsibilities

• Manage the day-to-day operations of our residential properties, ensuring a safe, clean, and well-maintained environment
• Supervise and schedule housekeeping and maintenance staff
• Coordinate repairs, maintenance, and renovations with external vendors and contractors
• Respond to resident inquiries, concerns, and issues in a timely and professional manner
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and maintain records of inspections and maintenance activities
• Manage budgets and expenses related to property maintenance and repairs
• Conduct regular inspections of the properties to identify and address maintenance and safety issues
• Develop and implement house rules and policies to promote a harmonious living environment
• Work closely with property owners and residents to address any specific needs or requests
• Do you have experienced house managers also?
• Preferably people with an experience of working with 4/5 star hotels ?

Requirements

• Bachelor\'s degree in property management, hospitality management, or a related field
• 5+ years of experience in property management or house management
• Strong knowledge of property maintenance and repair processes
• Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work well under pressure and handle resident complaints and emergencies
• Attention to detail and strong problem-solving skills
• Experience with property management software is a plus
