: House Cook for Royal Family in Saudi Arabia

Position: House Cook
Location: Royal Household, Saudi Arabia
Experience: Minimum 2 years
Cuisine Specialization: Continental cuisine (with knowledge of other international dishes preferred)

Job Responsibilities:

• Prepare high-quality continental meals for the royal family, ensuring consistency in taste and presentation.
• Plan and design menus that cater to the preferences and dietary needs of the family, including special requests.
• Source, select, and handle fresh ingredients with an emphasis on quality and nutrition.
• Maintain a clean and organized kitchen, adhering to the highest standards of hygiene and safety.
• Collaborate with household staff to ensure timely meal preparation and service.
• Stay updated with the latest culinary trends, techniques, and innovations.
• Occasionally prepare international and fusion dishes as per the family's requirements.

Requirements:

• Minimum of 2 years of experience as a cook, preferably with experience in a luxury or royal household.
• Proven expertise in continental cuisine; additional experience in international cuisines is a plus.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-demand environment while maintaining a calm and professional demeanor.
• Strong attention to detail and creativity in meal preparation and presentation.
• Excellent time management and organizational skills.
• Fluent in English; knowledge of Arabic is an advantage but not required.
• Flexibility to work varied hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays, as per the family's needs.
