The house keeping staff is responsible for maintaining cleanliness, order, and hygiene in assigned areas. They ensure that rooms public spaces, and facilities meet the highest cleanliness standards, proving a welcoming and safe environment for guest and staff.
Responsibilities
1. Cleaning and Maintenance:
•Clean and sanitize guest rooms, bathrooms, hallways, and public areas.
•Dust, vacuum, sweep, mop, and polish furniture, fixtures, and floors.
•Replace linens, towels, and other amenities as required.
•Ensure all assigned areas are clean, organized, and well-maintained.
2. Restocking and Supplies:
•Replenish housekeeping supplies, such as toiletries, towels, and cleaning materials.
•Monitor inventory levels and report supply shortages to the supervisor.
3. Guest Services:
•Address guest requests for additional items or cleaning promptly.
•Maintain a friendly and professional attitude when interacting with guests.
4.Inspection and Reporting:
•Report maintenance issues, damaged items, or safety hazards to the supervisor.
•Ensure all cleaning equipment is in good working condition.
