Job Title: Hotel Sales Executive
Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Hotel Sales Executive to join our team! As a Hotel Sales Executive, you will be responsible for generating new business leads, building relationships with clients, and driving revenue growth for our hotel. If you have a passion for sales, excellent communication skills, and a knack for providing exceptional customer service, we want to hear from you!
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities to increase hotel revenue
- Build and maintain relationships with clients, travel agents, and other industry partners
- Conduct sales calls, presentations, and site visits to promote our hotel
- Negotiate and close deals to meet or exceed sales targets
- Develop and implement sales strategies to target key markets and segments
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless delivery of services
- Stay up-to-date on industry trends, competitor activity, and market analysis
Requirements:
- 2+ years of sales experience in the hospitality industry (hotel sales experience preferred)
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
- Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Strong problem-solving and organizational skills
- Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office
Nice to Have:
- Bachelor's degree in Hospitality, Marketing, or related field
- Knowledge of local market and industry trends
- Experience with hotel software and systems (e.g., PMS, CRS)
