Qualifications Required:
• Female candidates only
• Minimum 1 year of experience in hotel or hospitality services
• Proficiency in English and Hindi (both written and spoken)
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
Key Responsibilities:
• Representing the hotel and promoting its services to potential guests
• Greeting and assisting guests with check-ins, check-outs, and general inquiries
• Coordinating with other hotel departments to ensure guest satisfaction
• Managing guest reservations and handling inquiries via phone or email
• Ensuring the hotel's brand image and service standards are upheld
• Addressing customer complaints and resolving issues effectively
• Assisting in organizing hotel events, promotions, and special services
