Job Title: Hotel Receptionist

Hotel - USHA KIRAN HOTELS AND TOWERS ,AGRA ,UTTAR PRADESH

Position Type: Full-Time, Permanent

Key Responsibilities:

• Guest Services: Greet guests upon arrival with a friendly and professional attitude. Facilitate smooth check-in and check-out processes.
• Reservations Management: Manage reservations, including bookings, modifications, and cancellations. Ensure accurate entry and updates in the reservation system.
• Customer Support: Respond to guest inquiries and requests, providing information about hotel services, amenities, and local attractions. Address and resolve any issues or complaints.
• Administrative Tasks: Process payments, issue invoices, and maintain accurate guest records and transactions.
• Communication: Coordinate with other hotel departments (e.g., housekeeping, maintenance) to fulfill guest needs and resolve issues promptly.
• Problem Resolution: Handle guest complaints and concerns with a proactive and solution-oriented approach.
• Safety and Security: Maintain the security of guest information and ensure hotel safety protocols are followed.

Skills and Qualifications:

• Certification: Certified from a recognized Hotel Management Institute.
• Experience: Open to freshers as well as experienced candidates.
• Education: High school diploma or equivalent; relevant certification preferred.
• Skills:
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Proficient in hotel management software and basic office applications
• Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities
• Friendly, approachable, and professional demeanor
• Ability to handle high-pressure situations with calmness and efficiency
• Languages: Fluency in Hindi; English

Working Conditions:

• Shift: 12-hour shifts with rotational timings.
• Environment: Dynamic hotel environment with frequent guest interactions.
