We are looking for a friendly, well-organized, and customer-focused
Hotel Receptionist
to manage front desk operations, assist guests with reservations and inquiries, and ensure a pleasant stay experience. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, a professional demeanor, and the ability to multitask efficiently.
Key Responsibilities:
Greet guests warmly and provide a seamless check-in and check-out experience.
Handle guest inquiries and complaints professionally and efficiently.
Manage reservations via phone, email, and online booking systems.
Process payments, issue invoices, and maintain accurate records.
Provide information about hotel services, local attractions, and travel arrangements.
Coordinate with housekeeping and maintenance teams to ensure guest requests are met.
Maintain security and confidentiality of guest information.
Keep the reception area clean, organized, and welcoming.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
Education:
High school diploma or equivalent (Hotel Management degree preferred).
Experience:
0-3 years of experience in a hotel or customer service role.
Skills:
Excellent verbal and written communication (English & [Local Language])
Strong interpersonal and problem-solving abilities
Basic computer proficiency (MS Office, hotel management software)
Ability to multitask and work under pressure
Professional and presentable appearance
