- Greet and welcome guests as they arrive at the hotel reception
- Manage reservations, check-ins, and check-outs efficiently
- Handle phone calls, emails, and inquiries in a professional manner
- Provide accurate information about hotel facilities, services, and local attractions
- Assist guests with any requests or issues they may have during their stay
- Maintain a neat and organized reception area
- Collaborate with hotel staff to ensure smooth operations
- Uphold high standards of customer service and guest satisfaction
- Utilize hotel management software for tasks such as booking and billing
- Previous experience in hospitality or customer service preferred
- Strong communication skills and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
