- Total experience:-3 years of experience in Hospitality industry.
- Minimum experience:-1-2 years of experience as receptionist or related.
- Good communication skills
- Proficiency with MS Office
- Guest Services: Greet and check-in guests, provide information about hotel facilities, services, and local attractions.
- Reservation Management: Handle reservations, cancellations, and modifications with accuracy and efficiency.
- Communication: Answer phone calls, emails, and inquiries promptly and professionally.
- Problem Resolution: Address guest concerns and resolve issues to ensure a positive experience.
- Administrative Tasks: Complete check-out procedures, handle payments, and maintain accurate guest records.
- Collaboration: Coordinate with other hotel departments to ensure seamless guest services.
- Multitasking: Manage multiple tasks simultaneously, including handling guest requests and maintaining a tidy reception area.
- Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills in the local language and, if applicable, additional languages.
- Customer Service: Strong customer service orientation with a friendly and approachable demeanor.
- Organizational Skills: Ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently and maintain attention to detail.
- Technical Proficiency: Familiarity with hotel management software and basic computer skills.
- Problem-Solving: Effective problem-solving skills and the ability to remain calm under pressure.
- Adaptability: Willingness to work in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.
- Professional Appearance: Neat and professional appearance to uphold the hotel\'s image.
- Languages: Hindi, Marathi, English.
