Key Responsibilities:

• Greet and welcome guests with a warm and professional demeanor, ensuring a luxury experience from arrival to departure.
• Efficiently manage the check-in and check-out process, ensuring accuracy and adherence to resort policies.
• Handle guest inquiries in person, over the phone, and via email, providing detailed information about the resort's amenities, services, and nearby attractions.
• Coordinate with various departments to ensure seamless service delivery and address guest requests promptly.
• Maintain accurate records of bookings, payments, and guest feedback using the property management system.
• Manage reservations and provide assistance with bookings for the Resort Near Ahmedabad through online and offline channels.
• Act as a brand ambassador for Visamo Nalsarovar Resort, upholding the image of the best resort in Gujarat through impeccable service and professionalism.
• Handle complaints and resolve issues efficiently, always prioritizing guest satisfaction.
• Ensure the reception area is clean, organized, and well-stocked with promotional material.
• Stay updated on the resort's offerings, events, and policies to provide accurate information to guests.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience in a similar role in the hospitality industry, preferably in a luxury resort in Ahmedabad or Gujarat.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills with fluency in English, Hindi, and Gujarati.
• Proficient in using computer systems and reservation software.
• Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail.
• A positive attitude and the ability to handle pressure in a fast-paced environment.
• Availability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ?15,000.00 - ?21,000.00 per month
