Job Title: Hotel Operations Assistant (Female)
Overview:
We are seeking a highly organized and experienced individual to join our team as a Hotel Operations Assistant. The ideal candidate should have a solid background in hotel management or a related field, with a keen eye for detail and exceptional communication skills. As a key member of our team, you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth day-to-day operations of our hotel.
Responsibilities:
1. Front Desk Assistance: Greet guests warmly, check them in and out efficiently, and provide assistance with inquiries, reservations, and any issues that may arise during their stay.
2. Room Management: Coordinate with housekeeping staff to ensure that rooms are cleaned and prepared for guests in a timely manner. Monitor room availability and assist with room assignments as needed.
3. Customer Service: Provide exceptional customer service to all guests, addressing their needs and concerns promptly and professionally.
4. Administrative Support: Assist with administrative tasks such as managing reservations, handling phone calls and emails, and maintaining accurate records.
5. Assisting Guests: Provide information about hotel amenities, local attractions, and dining options. Arrange transportation, tours, and other services for guests as requested.
6. Collaboration: Work closely with other hotel staff, including housekeeping, maintenance, and management, to ensure a seamless guest experience.
7. Problem Solving: Handle guest complaints and resolve issues effectively, escalating to management when necessary.
8. Safety and Security: Maintain a safe and secure environment for guests and staff by following hotel procedures and protocols.
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in hotel management or a related field is required.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organizational abilities and attention to detail.
- Proficiency in computer systems and software and hotel management software.
- Ability to work well under pressure and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Flexibility to work varying shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional education or certification in hospitality management is a plus.
