Key Responsibilities:
Operational Training:
• Learn and assist in the daily operations of retail stores and production facilities.
• Participate in the implementation and maintenance of operational policies and procedures.
Team Development:
• Shadow and support store managers and production supervisors.
• Assist in conducting performance reviews and providing feedback.
Quality Control:
• Understand and help monitor quality standards for all products.
• Assist in implementing quality assurance protocols.
Inventory Management:
• Learn inventory control processes and stock level management.
• Participate in implementing effective inventory management systems.
Customer Service:
• Engage with customers to ensure exceptional service.
• Learn to address and resolve customer complaints promptly.
Financial Training:
• Assist in developing and managing operational budgets.
• Learn to monitor financial performance and implement cost-saving measures.
Compliance and Safety:
• Understand health, safety, and regulatory requirements.
• Participate in implementing and monitoring safety protocols.
Qualifications:
• Master's degree in Hotel Management or a related field.
