Job Overview

We are looking for an experienced Hotel Manager to oversee the daily operations of our hotel. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring customer satisfaction, managing a team of staff, and maximizing revenue. This is a full-time position based in Secunderabad, Telangana, India.

Qualifications and Skills

• Proven experience as a Hotel Manager or in a similar role
• Solid knowledge of hotel operations and management principles
• Excellent leadership and communication skills
• Strong customer service orientation
• Ability to manage a diverse team and build strong relationships

• Knowledge of relevant regulations and licensing requirements
• Degree in Hotel Management or a related field

• Manage all aspects of hotel operations, including front desk, housekeeping, maintenance, and food and beverage
• Ensure high standards of customer service and satisfaction
• Develop and implement strategies to maximize occupancy and revenue
• Oversee the recruitment, training, and performance management of staff
• Monitor and analyze financial performance, including budgeting and forecasting
• Maintain a safe and secure environment for guests and staff
• Handle guest inquiries and complaints in a professional and timely manner
• Collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth operations and guest satisfaction
• Stay updated with industry trends and implement best practices
• Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and licensing requirements
