Qualifications:
• Proficiency in Hospitality Management, Hotel Administration, Tourism Management or a closely related field is often the minimum requirement for teaching positions in hotel management.
• Significant professional experience in the hospitality industry is often required or preferred.
• Ability to mentor and advise students, collaborate with colleagues and contribute to the institutional goals.
Responsibilities:
• Deliver engaging lectures, facilitate class discussions and conduct practical demonstrations with the use of innovative teaching methods, technologies.
• Promote academic integrity and ethical behavior among students, colleagues, and industry stakeholders.
• Participate in faculty meetings, workshops and professional development activities and contribute to program assessments.
