Hotel Housekeeping Supervisor
Job Description
Supervising staff : Assigning tasks, training new employees, and conducting performance evaluations
• Ensuring cleanliness : Inspecting rooms and common areas, and making sure that cleaning standards are met
• Maintaining inventory: Checking inventory levels, ordering supplies, and arranging equipment maintenance
• Customer service : Handling guest requests and complaints, and ensuring guest satisfaction
• Reporting to management : Reporting to senior hotel management
• KOT: Manage KOT orders and waiters. ensure timely delivery of orders
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ?15,000.00 - ?20,000.00 per month
Schedule:
• Day shift
• Evening shift
• Morning shift
• Rotational shift
• Weekend availability
Experience:
