Job Overview:

As a Hotel Housekeeper, you will play a crucial role in maintaining the cleanliness and aesthetic appeal of our hotel. You will ensure that every guest enjoys a comfortable and pleasant stay by upholding high standards of cleanliness and hygiene.

Key Responsibilities:

- Clean and tidy all areas of the hotel rooms and public areas according to established standards.

- Change linens, make beds, and replenish room supplies.

- Ensure that bathrooms are cleaned and sanitized.

- Vacuum, sweep, mop floors as required.

- Report any maintenance issues or safety hazards.

- Handle guest requests promptly and courteously.

- Maintain stock levels of cleaning supplies and amenities.

- Collaborate with other departments to ensure guest satisfaction.

Requirements:

- Proven work experience as a Housekeeper or similar role in a hotel environment preferred.

- Knowledge of cleaning and sanitation products, techniques, and methods.

- Attention to detail and thoroughness in completing work tasks.

- Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks.

- Physical stamina and mobility including ability to lift, push, and pull heavy objects.

- Availability to work weekends, holidays, and evenings as needed.
