Key Responsibilities:
• Guest Services:
• Greet and assist guests with check-in and check-out processes.
• Answer guest inquiries, provide information about hotel services, local attractions, and amenities.
• Ensure guest satisfaction by resolving complaints or directing issues to the appropriate departments.
• Administrative Support:
• Assist with the preparation and maintenance of records such as guest registrations and billing.
• Manage phone calls, emails, and correspondence related to guest services.
• Assist in scheduling staff shifts and meetings as directed by hotel management.
• Housekeeping Support:
• Assist the housekeeping team by delivering supplies to rooms when required.
• Ensure cleanliness and orderliness in public areas of the hotel.
• Monitor and report maintenance issues in rooms and public spaces.
• Front Desk Assistance:
• Provide coverage at the front desk, including answering phones and providing service to guests.
• Handle reservations and coordinate with the reservations team as necessary.
• Process guest payments and ensure smooth check-in and check-out processes.
• Operational Support:
• Support with the setup and breakdown of events or meetings held at the hotel.
• Assist in maintaining inventory of supplies, uniforms, and equipment.
• Carry out light maintenance and cleaning duties in guest rooms or public spaces when needed.
• Health and Safety Compliance:
• Ensure that all safety protocols are followed, including emergency procedures.
• Maintain cleanliness and adhere to health and safety guidelines within the hotel.
• Other Duties:
• Perform any other duties as assigned by the management.
