• Serve as the face of the hotel and the first point of contact for guests, providing exceptional customer service throughout their stay.
• Manage all front desk duties and responsibilities, ensuring a smooth check-in and check-out process for guests.
• Greet guests warmly and professionally upon arrival and departure.
• Handle guest inquiries, requests, and complaints promptly and courteously.
• Process guest reservations, registrations, payments, and room assignments accurately.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of room availability, hotel facilities, services, and local attractions.
• Coordinate with housekeeping and maintenance departments to ensure guest rooms are clean, comfortable, and well-maintained.
• Assist in managing hotel bookings and reservations systems.
• Uphold hotel policies and procedures, including safety and security protocols.
• Communicate effectively with other hotel departments to ensure seamless guest experiences.
• Provide information about services available within the hotel and in the surrounding area.
• Assist with administrative tasks such as filing, photocopying, and handling correspondence.
• Handle cash and credit card transactions accurately and securely.
• Resolve guest issues and concerns in a timely manner to ensure guest satisfaction.
• Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
