Key Responsibilities:
• Guest Services:
• Greet and welcome guests upon arrival in a warm and courteous manner.
• Handle guest check-ins and check-outs efficiently and accurately.
• Address guest inquiries, requests, and complaints promptly, providing solutions to ensure guest satisfaction.
• Provide information about the hotel's services, facilities, and local attractions.
• Reservations and Front Desk Operations:
• Manage room reservations, including booking, modifications, and cancellations.
• Assign rooms according to guest preferences and availability.
• Verify guest information and process payments securely.
• Maintain an organized and up-to-date reservation system.
• Administrative Tasks:
• Perform clerical duties such as filing, data entry, and managing guest records.
• Prepare and distribute daily reports and documentation as required.
• Handle phone calls and emails, providing accurate information and routing as needed.
• Billing and Payment:
• Process guest payments, including cash, credit card, and other forms of payment.
• Reconcile cash drawers and handle transactions accurately.
• Address and resolve billing issues or discrepancies.
• Communication and Coordination:
• Collaborate with housekeeping, maintenance, and other departments to fulfill guest requests and resolve issues.
• Coordinate with the concierge and other staff to ensure guests have access to desired services and amenities.
• Communicate effectively with guests and team members to ensure smooth operations.
• Safety and Security:
• Ensure guest safety by following established security procedures and reporting any suspicious activities.
• Handle emergency situations according to hotel protocols and ensure guest safety.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ?8,000.00 - ?12,000.00 per month
Education:
• Higher Secondary(12th Pass) (Preferred)
Experience:
