Job Overview:
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Part-Time Online Hotels Listing Executive to join our remote team. This is a work-from-home position, and your primary responsibility will be to upload hotel details onto our online platform. You will be provided with all the necessary data and guidelines, and your goal will be to ensure that the hotel listings are accurately represented and go live for bookings.
Key Responsibilities:
• Upload Hotel Data: Input hotel information (name, location, facilities, room types, pricing, etc.) provided by the company into the designated online platform.
• Ensure Accuracy: Carefully review all details before uploading, ensuring that the information is correct and aligned with the company's guidelines.
• Verify Listings: After uploading, verify that each hotel listing appears correctly on the platform and is available for booking.
• Timely Execution: Complete listings within the specified deadlines, ensuring all hotels are uploaded efficiently and accurately.
• Quality Control: Regularly monitor uploaded listings to ensure that there are no errors or discrepancies, updating them as needed.
• Communication: Report progress regularly to the management team and raise any issues or concerns promptly
Qualifications:
• Experience: No prior experience is required, but experience in data entry, online listings, or the hospitality industry is a plus.
• Skills:
a. Strong attention to detail
b. Ability to follow guidelines and instructions accurately
c. Basic knowledge of using online platforms and Microsoft Office (Excel, Word)
d. Good internet connection and a computer/laptop to perform tasks efficiently
• Work Ethic: Ability to work independently, manage time effectively, and meet deadlines.
• Communication Skills: Strong written communication skills in English.
Compensation:
• You will receive ?200-250 per hotel once it is successfully listed and confirmed live on the platform for booking.
• Payment will be made on a monthly basis, based on the number of hotels that are listed and verified as "live."
