Position Overview:
As a Hotel Booking Executive, you will be responsible for facilitating hotel reservations, ensuring customer satisfaction, and maximizing occupancy rates. You will handle inquiries, process bookings, and provide assistance to guests throughout their reservation process. This role requires excellent communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
Job Responsibilities:
1.Customer Service:
• Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries via phone and email
• Assist customers in selecting suitable accommodations based on their preferences, budget, and requirements.
• Provide information regarding hotel amenities, room availability, rates, and special offers.
• Address customer concerns and resolve issues effectively to ensure a positive experience.
2. Booking Management:
• Process hotel reservations accurately and efficiently using reservation software systems.
• Coordinate with hotels to secure room availability and negotiate rates when necessary.
• Manage changes or cancellations to existing bookings, ensuring all modifications are accurately reflected in the system.
• Follow up with customers to confirm reservations, provide booking details, and gather any additional required information.
3. Sales and Upselling:
• Upsell additional services or upgrades to enhance the customer experience and increase revenue.
• Promote special packages, discounts, and loyalty programs to encourage repeat bookings.
• Identify opportunities to cross-sell other products or services offered by the company.
4. Documentation and Reporting:
• Maintain accurate records of all bookings, cancellations, and customer interactions.
• Generate reports on booking trends, occupancy rates, and revenue metrics.
• Prepare documentation such as confirmation emails, invoices, and vouchers for customers and internal use.
5. Team Collaboration:
• Collaborate with other departments such as sales, marketing, and operations to ensure seamless coordination and delivery of services.
• Provide support to colleagues during peak periods or in case of staffing shortages .
Qualifications and Skills:
• Previous experience in customer service, hospitality, or sales roles preferred.
• Strong interpersonal skills with a customer-centric approach.
• Proficiency in using reservation software systems and MS Office applications.
• Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively in a dynamic environment.
• Attention to detail and accuracy in handling bookings and documentation.
• Flexibility to work shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Good geographical knowledge of Domestic and International.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ?25,000.00 - ?30,000.00 per month
