Job Title: Hotel Assistant

We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Hotel Assistant to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for supporting the daily operations of our hotel, ensuring a pleasant and seamless experience for our guests.
Key Responsibilities:
Greet and assist guests at the front desk, providing a welcoming experience.
Handle check-ins and check-outs efficiently.
Assist with guest inquiries and provide information about hotel services and local attractions.
Maintain cleanliness and orderliness of public areas, including the lobby and lounge.
Support housekeeping staff in preparing rooms for new guests.
Assist with inventory management and supply restocking.
Coordinate with maintenance staff to address guest concerns or issues promptly.
Qualifications:
Previous hospitality experience is a plus but not required.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Positive attitude and friendly demeanor.
Ability to multitask and handle high-stress situations.
Basic knowledge of computer systems and hotel management software is advantageous.
