Job Summary:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Hotel Admin to join our team in Gurgaon. The ideal candidate will have 1-3 years of experience in administrative roles within the hospitality industry. As part of our operations team, the Hotel Admin will handle a variety of administrative and operational tasks to ensure smooth functioning of hotel processes, including C form management, coordination with managers, inventory management, and other day-to-day operations.
Key Responsibilities:
• C Form Management: Ensure timely and accurate processing of C forms for guests as per legal and regulatory requirements.
• Manager Coordination: Act as a point of contact between hotel management and various departments, ensuring effective communication and smooth workflow.
• Operational Support: Assist in the daily operations of the hotel, supporting various teams in fulfilling operational needs, including guest requests, facility management, and general administrative duties.
• Inventory Management: Oversee the management of hotel inventory, ensuring stock levels are maintained and supplies are replenished as needed.
• Documentation: Maintain accurate records and documentation for administrative purposes, including guest records, inventory logs, and C form submissions.
• Guest Services Support: Provide administrative support for guest-related services and special requests, coordinating with the front desk and other hotel departments.
• Scheduling & Reporting: Assist in scheduling meetings, preparing reports, and tracking key performance indicators related to hotel operations.
• Compliance: Ensure that hotel operations are in compliance with all legal and regulatory requirements, including maintaining up-to-date knowledge of industry regulations.
Desired Skills and Qualifications:
• Educational Qualification: Graduate in any field.
• Experience: 1-3 years of experience in hotel administration or a similar role.
• Skills:
• Proficiency in managing C forms and related compliance processes.
• Strong coordination skills with management and various departments.
• Solid knowledge of hotel operational processes and procedures.
• Experience in inventory management and supply chain coordination.
• Good organizational and time-management skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
• Ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize efficiently.
• Preferred Qualifications:
• Previous experience in a hotel or hospitality environment.

Pay: ?200,000.00 - ?360,000.00 per year
