Job description as below

Roles and Responsibilities:

• Sales and marketing experience in Hospitality industry
• Establish and maintain relationships with Corporates, Travel Agents, Industry influencers and key strategic partners and onboarding them.
• Well versed with Selling and designing the Tour packages.
• Lead in all aspects of business planning
• Handle all hotel booking inquiries and reservations promptly and efficiently.
• Ensure accurate entry of booking details into the reservation system.
• Confirm reservations and communicate booking details to customers.
• Provide exceptional customer service to guests, addressing their inquiries and resolving issues.
• Offer personalized booking recommendations based on guest preferences and needs.
• Maintain a positive and professional attitude in all guest interactions.
• Efficiently use booking software and other technology tools to streamline the booking process.
• Ensure all bookings comply with company policies and legal requirements.
• Maintain accurate and organized documentation of all bookings and transactions.
• Manage banquet booking inquiries and coordinate with clients to understand their event needs.
• Provide detailed information on banquet facilities, services, and pricing.
• Schedule site visits and meetings with potential clients.

Qualifications:

Referred Experience: 4 to 5 years
