Job Title: EXECUTIVE HOST OR HOSTESS

Location: Kokapet

Job Type: Full-time, 6 days a week

Experience: 2-4 years in EXECUTIVE HOST OR HOSTESS

Job Overview:

A Host or Hostess presents a positive first impression of the establishment's friendliness, excellent service, and high standards. The Host or Hostess also greets guests upon arrival, informs them of their wait time, monitors a waiting list and enters guest names into the computer system. A Host or Hostess must carry on a natural conversation with guests without sounding scripted or intrusive. As a member of an energetic team, the Host or Hostess may also need to answer the phones and fill to-go orders when needed.

Responsibilities and Requirements:

The candidate needs 2-4 years of experience in the role of EXECUTIVE HOST.

The candidate needs expertise in HOST ROLE from the Hospitality and Aviation Industry.

The candidate needs to have hands-on experience in Guest requests & Guest requirements.

The candidate needs to have experience engaging with the customers on the floor to capture feedback.

The candidate must have good communication skills and a command of regional languages.

The candidate needs to be presentable and energetic all through the day .

The candidate should have experience in Retail -LUXURY showrooms will be a plus.

Pay: ?35,000.00 - ?45,000.00 per month
