Job Title: Hostess for Sales and Marketing Location: Pune, India Company: TFG Infotech : We are looking for a dynamic and personable Hostess for Sales and Marketing to join our team. As the Hostess, you will be the face of our studio, welcoming clients and ensuring they have an excellent experience from the moment they walk in. Additionally, you will support our sales and marketing efforts to promote our services and grow our client base. Responsibilities: Customer Service:
- Greet and welcome clients with a warm and friendly demeanor
- Provide information about our services, class schedules, and membership options
- Handle client inquiries and resolve any issues or concerns promptly
- Assist clients with the check-in process and ensure a smooth entry and exit experience
- Promote and sell memberships, class packages, and wellness products
- Assist in organizing and hosting studio events, open houses, and promotional activities
- Follow up with potential clients to encourage sign-ups and attendance
- Maintain accurate records of sales and client interactions in the CRM system
- Support the implementation of marketing campaigns to promote the studio\xe2\x80\x99s services
- Help distribute marketing materials, such as flyers and brochures, in the local community
- Participate in community outreach activities to raise awareness about the studio
- High school diploma or equivalent; a degree in marketing, hospitality, or a related field is a plus
- Proven experience in a customer service, sales, or marketing role, preferably in the wellness or hospitality industry
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong sales skills with the ability to achieve targets
- Proficient in using social media platforms and basic computer applications
- Friendly, approachable, and professional demeanor
- Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends
