• Seating Guests : Escort guests to their tables, managing seating arrangements to balance the flow of the restaurant.
• Managing Reservations : Handle reservations, both over the phone and in person, and ensure that tables are ready for incoming guests.
• Answering Inquiries : Provide information about the restaurant's menu, hours, specials, and other services to guests.
• Handling Waitlists : Manage the waitlist during busy times, providing accurate wait time estimates and keeping guests updated.
• Coordinating with Staff : Communicate with servers, kitchen staff, and managers to ensure smooth operations and customer satisfaction.
• Assisting with Special Requests : Accommodate special requests from guests, such as dietary needs, seating preferences, or celebrations.
