Job Description

Guest Relations & Seating Management



Greet guests warmly and escort them to their tables. Manage reservations and walk-ins efficiently. Provide accurate wait time estimates and manage the waiting list. Address guest inquiries, special requests, or concerns courteously. Maintain a friendly and professional demeanor at all times.

Coordination & Communication



Communicate seating arrangements and guest preferences with servers. Coordinate with the kitchen and wait staff to ensure a seamless dining experience. Assist in handling guest complaints and escalate issues when necessary.

Organization & Cleanliness



Ensure the entrance, lobby, and reception area remain clean and organized. Maintain menu presentation and distribute menus to guests. Ensure compliance with restaurant safety and hygiene protocols.

Administrative Duties



Maintain accurate records of guest reservations and dining preferences. Assist in updating restaurant seating charts and managing table turnover. Support marketing initiatives such as promotions and special events.
Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ?18,000.00 - ?20,000.00 per month
