Job Title : Male Warden in Harsha Institutions,Nelamangala, Bangalore Rural - 562123.

Qualification : Any Graduate with basic computer skills (Word & Excel). Good communication skills in English, Kannada, Hindi. Knowledge of Malayalam and Bangla preferable.

Experience : Atleast 2 years experience as a Warden in a large educational institution.

Responsibilities :

Ensuring the safety and security of the students : Responsible for maintaining a safe and secure environment for the students living in the hostel/dormitory. This includes conducting regular inspections of the premises, monitoring the students' activities, and enforcing the institution's rules and regulations.

Maintaining discipline : Play a critical role in maintaining discipline among the students living in the hostel/dormitory. This includes ensuring that students follow the institution's code of conduct, addressing any disciplinary issues that arise, and imposing appropriate sanctions when necessary.

Providing support and guidance : Responsible for providing support and guidance to the students living in the hostel/dormitory. This may include counseling students who are facing personal or academic challenges, providing guidance on career options, and helping students adjust to life in the hostel/dormitory.

Managing the hostel : Managing the hostel's day-to-day operations. This includes managing the staff responsible for cleaning and maintenance, overseeing the provision of food and other amenities, and ensuring that the facilities are in good condition.

Liaising with the institution's administration : Responsible for maintaining effective communication with the institution's administration. This includes reporting on the hostel/dormitory's operations and any issues that arise, providing input on policies and procedures related to the hostel/dormitory, and collaborating with other staff members to ensure the smooth functioning of the institution.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ?20,000.00 - ?30,000.00 per month
