Qualifications: and Experience
Minimum 5 year of experience in CBSE Schools prefered from International Schools with effective English Speaking Skills
• Bachelor's degree in Education, Management, or a related field.
• Prior experience as a hostel warden or in a similar supervisory role is preferred.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to handle emergencies and stressful situations calmly.
• Understanding of adolescent psychology and behavior management.
• Proficiency in basic computer applications (MS Office).
Key Responsibilities:
• Supervision and Administration:
• Oversee daily hostel activities and ensure compliance with the hostel rules and regulations.
• Maintain accurate records of students' attendance and leave.
• Conduct regular roll calls and ensure all students are present and accounted for.
• Monitor and manage the cleanliness, maintenance, and upkeep of hostel facilities.
• Student Welfare:
• Ensure the safety and well-being of all students in the hostel.
• Provide guidance and support to students, addressing any personal or academic concerns.
• Foster a positive and inclusive hostel environment.
• Organize and oversee recreational and extracurricular activities for hostel students.
• Discipline and Conflict Resolution:
• Enforce discipline and ensure adherence to the hostel's code of conduct.
• Address disciplinary issues promptly and fairly.
• Mediate conflicts between students and resolve issues amicably.
• Health and Safety:
• Ensure the availability of first aid and medical assistance when needed.
• Liaise with healthcare professionals and parents in case of medical emergencies.
• Conduct regular safety drills and ensure all safety protocols are followed.
• Communication:
• Maintain open communication with parents, updating them on their child's well-being and progress.
• Collaborate with teaching and administrative staff to address student issues.
• Provide regular reports to the Principal on hostel activities and student welfare.
• Other Duties:
• Attend and contribute to staff meetings and training sessions.
• Perform any other duties as assigned by the Principal.

Pay: ?36,570.00 - ?42,548.00 per month
