Job Specification:Minimum Qualification: Any UG DegreeMinimum Years of Experience:5 years of relevant experience in reputed educational institutionsProficient in Microsoft Office and other computer programs.Student responsibilities:1.Responsible for allotment of rooms to the students.2.Maintain records of hostel students3.To ensure that no ragging takes place in the hostels and maintain a ragging-free Hostel.4.Ensure the safety and security of all students at all times and maintenance of discipline inand around the Hostel.5.Respond promptly to any emergency situations that may arise, including medicalemergencies, disciplinary emergencies, etc6.Ensure that all hotel policies and procedures are being followed by students & staff.7.Maintaining the student attendance register, leave register & Gate register.8.Looks into the grievances/complaints of the students if found genuine.Mess :1.Regularly check the quality of the food and report if any issue arises.2.Monitor the cleanliness of the mess hall, cooking area, and mess premises.3.Maintain and check the mess grievance register and report to the hostel committee.Others:1.Warden is the custodian and in charge of all the hostel properties.
