Job Title : Badminton Coach Cum Hostel Warden

Reporting Head :Principal

Purpose of Job

Ivy International School is looking for Badminton Coach cum Hostel warden to join our dynamic team and embark on a rewarding career journey. The purpose of the role is to coach students in the Badminton to bring out the best in their abilities through identifying areas for development and implementing appropriate tactics and strategies to release their full potential.

R ole and Responsibilities

Look after the day to day operations of the Hostel

Responsible for allotment of beds to the students.

Responsible for maintenance of the hostels.

Looks after the quality of food served in the hostels.

Keeps strict discipline among students of the hostels.

Reports to the Director in case of any indiscipline or misbehavior by the students.

Looks into the grievances/complaints of the students if found genuine.

Arranges for first-aid in case of any emergency and arrange for hospitalization of student/staff, if required.

Player Development:Design and implement training programs to develop the skills, techniques, and overall performance of players .Evaluate players' strengths and weaknesses to tailor coaching sessions accordingly

Skill Instruction:Provide hands-on instruction in badminton techniques, footwork, and strategies. Conduct drills and exercises to improve players' agility, coordination, and game understanding

Individualized Coaching:Offer individualized coaching sessions to address specific player needs and goals

Provide feedback and constructive criticism to help players enhance their performance

Team Coaching:Lead group coaching sessions for teams, emphasizing teamwork, communication, and strategic play

Special Skills and Knowledge

oThe ability to behave as a role model and an ambassador for the School.

• Excellent organizational skills.

Must have played National or District level in Badminton

oPrior Experience of Coaching with School or Academy will be added advantage

• Reliable and punctual.
• An understanding of the rules and tactics of the sport.
• The ability to inspire and motivate young people.

Required Qualification and Experience

M.P. Ed or Any Specialization in Badminton

Minimum four years of Experience is must as a Coach and Warden

Should have good communication Skills and should be subject matter expert in his

subject

Familiarity with the curriculum of CBSE

Passion for teaching and commitment to educating the whole child

A high level of professionalism and consideration of the well-being of children

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ?25,000.00 - ?30,000.00 per month
