1. Admission Process :Manage the enquiries - telephonic/mail/walk-in/online admission process, ensure the team replies to all enquiries, ensure all mails are replied to and send daily report to HO. Maintenance of the facility and Civil work
2. Co-ordinate with hostel team, contractors, workers, head office and manage the complete civil work that is going on in the hostel premises. ...3. Ensure the cleaning processes are followed as per the checklists and the same is updated on the checklists displayed in the respective areas.
4. Ensure that kitchen, dining areas, hostel rooms and other areas are cleaned regularly & basic hygiene standards are maintained well.
5. Ensure the hostel gardening and landscapes are maintained well.
6. Conduct routine site inspections to identify and resolve problems with the facilities.
7. Arrange and implement a preventative maintenance schedule
8. Organize and implement a rotating schedule for deep cleaning of each area of the hostel Adherence to Rules and Regulations
9. Need to ensure the Hostel staff Accommodation code rules and regulations are followed very strictly.
10. Take necessary steps to implement and adopt the Hostel SOP.
11. Ensure that the approved menu is followed without any deviation.
12. Ensure that the store indenting, food production plan, food tasting & food wastage tracking reports are followed as per the SOP.
13. Understand the leave policy and manage the leave of employees. Seek necessary approvals in case of deviation in the leave policy.
14. Need to ensure the Hostel Security Policies, protocols and procedures are followed as per the SOP. Management of staff show more
