Position: Hospitality Trainer Working Days: Monday to Saturday Hiring: Immediate
Role and Responsibilities:
xc3xa2xe2x80x94xc2x8f Deliver comprehensive training sessions on hospitality skills tailored for the aviation industry.
xc3xa2xe2x80x94xc2x8f Guide students in customer service, grooming, etiquette, and communication skills to meet industry standards.
xc3xa2xe2x80x94xc2x8f Develop and update training modules and materials per the latest hospitality and aviation trends.
xc3xa2xe2x80x94xc2x8f Conduct practical sessions, role-plays, and assessments to enhance student learning.
xc3xa2xe2x80x94xc2x8f Monitor and evaluate student progress and provide constructive feedback for improvement.
xc3xa2xe2x80x94xc2x8f Create a professional, engaging, and positive learning environment.
xc3xa2xe2x80x94xc2x8f Support students in preparing for interviews and placements.
Preferred Candidate Profile:
xc3xa2xe2x80x94xc2x8f Prior experience in the hospitality or aviation industry is a must.
xc3xa2xe2x80x94xc2x8f Excellent communication and presentation skills.
xc3xa2xe2x80x94xc2x8f Passion for teaching and mentoring students.
xc3xa2xe2x80x94xc2x8f Ability to motivate and inspire students to excel in their careers.
