Looking for Hospitality Trainee with 0- 1 year experience
Key Responsibilities:
• Assist in daily hotel operations, such as guest check-ins/outs, handling reservations, and managing room services.
• Learn and apply housekeeping standards, including bed-making, room cleaning, and managing supplies.
• Support the food and beverage team with restaurant service, event planning, and ensuring excellent customer service.
• Ensure hotel policies, safety standards, and quality control measures are followed.
• Provide outstanding guest services, responding quickly to any inquiries or concerns.
• Work closely with experienced staff and department heads to gain in-depth knowledge of hotel operations.
Qualifications:
• Minimum education of Plus Two (12th Grade) or equivalent.
• Must be aged between 18-25 years.
• Strong communication skills with a pleasant and professional demeanor.
• Enthusiastic and willing to learn across multiple departments.
• Flexibility to work shifts, including weekends and holidays.
• Basic computer skills will be an advantage but not mandatory.

Pay: ?20,000.00 - ?40,000.00 per month
