Job Brief:


Position Title: Hospitality & Tourism Trainer

Location: Indore

Department: Training and Development

Reports To: Academic Head

Position Type: Full-time (Monday to Saturday 09:00 Am To 06:00 Pm)


Job Summary:


Seeking a dynamic trainer to design, implement, and deliver training programs in hospitality and tourism. The role includes classroom instruction, hands-on training, and e-learning to prepare trainees for industry roles.


Key Responsibilities:


• Curriculum Development: Design and update industry-relevant training programs.


• Training Delivery: Conduct engaging and interactive sessions using various teaching methods.


• Skills Development: Teach essential hospitality and tourism skills.


• Assessment and Feedback: Evaluate performance and provide constructive feedback.


• Industry Knowledge: Stay updated with industry trends and best practices.


• Mentorship and Support: Guide and support trainees in their career development.


• Partnership Building: Collaborate with businesses to identify training needs and create tailored programs.



Qualifications:


• Education: Degree in Hospitality Management, Tourism, or related field; certifications in training or adult education preferred.
• Experience: Minimum 5 Years Extensive industry experience, preferably in various roles; training or educational experience is a plus.
• Skills: Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills; proficiency in instructional design and e-learning platforms; strong organizational skills.
