Job Title: Hospitality Service Staff

Position Overview: We are seeking a friendly, energetic, and customer-focused individual to join our team as Hospitality Service Staff. In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring that guests have a positive and enjoyable experience during their stay or visit. Your primary objective will be to deliver outstanding service while maintaining the highest standards of professionalism.

Key Responsibilities:

• Greet guests upon arrival with a warm and welcoming demeanour.
• Assist guests with check-in and check-out processes, providing information about our facilities, services, and local attractions.
• Handle guest inquiries, requests, and complaints promptly and courteously, striving to resolve any issues to the guest's satisfaction.
• Maintain cleanliness and orderliness in all guest areas, including lobbies, lounges, and dining areas.
• Collaborate with other team members to ensure seamless coordination and communication to meet guest needs effectively.
• Assist in the preparation and service of food and beverages, adhering to food safety and sanitation guidelines.
• Uphold company policies and procedures, including safety protocols and standards of conduct.
• Demonstrate a positive attitude and willingness to go above and beyond to exceed guest expectations.
• Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays, as required.

Qualifications:

• Previous experience in hospitality, customer service, or a related field preferred.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining cleanliness and orderliness.
• Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
• Basic computer skills for operating reservation systems and processing transactions.
• Physical stamina to stand, walk, and lift objects as needed.
• A positive attitude and a passion for delivering exceptional service.
