Key Responsibilities:
• Sales and Client Acquisition:
• Identify and engage with potential clients in the hospitality industry to generate leads and close sales.
• Promote and sell hospitality services and solutions to businesses and individual clients.
• Relationship Management:
• Build and maintain strong client relationships to ensure customer satisfaction and repeat business.
• Act as a point of contact for client queries and provide timely support.
• Market Analysis:
• Conduct market research to identify trends, competitors, and potential business opportunities.
• Provide insights to the team to refine sales strategies.
• Reporting and Documentation:
• Maintain records of sales activities, client interactions, and contracts.
• Prepare regular sales reports and present them to the management team.
• Collaboration:
• Work closely with the marketing team to align sales strategies with promotional activities.
• Participate in team meetings to share updates and strategies for client acquisition.
Qualifications:
• Graduate or Diploma holder in Hospitality or related fields (recent graduates are welcome).
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Basic understanding of sales principles and customer service practices.
• Proficient in MS Office Suite and comfortable with online tools.
• Must own a laptop for work purposes.
• Willingness to work in a start-up environment and adapt to evolving responsibilities.
