Responsibilities
- Front Desk Operations: Manage reservations, check-in/check-out processes, and enhance the guest experience.
- Housekeeping: Perform cleaning tasks and oversee common area cleanliness.
- Guest Satisfaction: Ensure high guest satisfaction by addressing inquiries, concerns, and maintaining cleanliness.
- Maintenance: Oversee facility maintenance and safety.
- Customer Service: Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Problem-Solving: Ability to address challenges and find effective solutions.
- Housekeeping Proficiency: Knowledge of cleaning methods and hygiene standards.
- Facility Management: Ensure maintenance and safety standards are met.
