We are seeking a professional and customer-oriented Hospitality Executive to oversee and enhance the guest experience at our establishment. The ideal candidate will possess strong interpersonal skills, a passion for customer service, and the ability to handle operations efficiently.
Key Responsibilities:
• Greet and assist guests in a friendly, professional manner, ensuring their needs are met promptly.
• Oversee daily hospitality operations, including check-ins, check-outs, and reservation management.
• Address guest inquiries, concerns, and complaints to ensure customer satisfaction.
• Coordinate with internal departments to deliver seamless services to guests.
• Maintain records of bookings, payments, and guest feedback for operational improvement.
• Monitor and ensure compliance with health, safety, and hygiene standards.
• Assist in organizing events, meetings, or other special requests from guests.
• Provide detailed information about the establishment's services, amenities, and local attractions.
• Handle billing, invoices, and ensure proper cash/credit handling processes.
• Collaborate with the management team to develop strategies for improving guest experiences and overall service quality.
Qualifications and Skills:
• Bachelor's degree or Diploma in Hospitality Management.
• Proven experience in a hospitality or customer service role.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Proficiency in using hospitality management software and tools.
• Ability to remain calm under pressure and handle challenging situations professionally.
• A friendly, approachable demeanor with a customer-focused attitude.
