The successful candidate will possess strong leadership abilities and the ability to effectively communicate with staff at all levels. Responsibilities:
Oversee the daily operations of the hospital, ensuring smooth workflow and efficient allocation of resources.
Manage a team of 40+ staff members, including nurses, administrative staff, and support personnel.
Coordinate staffing schedules to ensure adequate coverage for all shifts and departments.
Monitor staff performance and provide regular feedback and coaching to ensure high productivity and quality of work.
Implement policies and procedures to maintain compliance with regulatory standards and ensure patient safety.
Handle patient complaints and concerns in a timely and professional manner, working to resolve issues and improve patient satisfaction.
Collaborate with department heads and medical staff to address operational challenges and implement solutions.
Conduct regular staff meetings and training sessions to communicate updates, share best practices, and foster a culture of continuous improvement.
Prepare reports and presentations for senior management, summarizing key performance metrics and operational trends.
Serve as a liaison between hospital administration, staff, and external stakeholders, representing the hospital\'s interests and ensuring effective communication and collaboration.
Qualifications:
Bachelor\'s degree in healthcare administration, business management, or a related field.
3-5 years of experience in a supervisory role in a hospital or healthcare setting.
Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate staff to achieve goals.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively interact with staff at all levels.
Proven ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
Knowledge of healthcare regulations and accreditation standards.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends, as needed.
