Hospital Staff
Job Description
• Developing and implementing new programs and policies that affect patient services
• Collaborating with all hospital departments, department managers and governing boards
• Monitoring the use of hospital resources, including patient beds and diagnostic tools and staff, to determine the need for new resources
• Create work schedules for staff members
• Leading changes in the facility, such as restructuring or adjusting the facility's focus
• Ensuring compliance with all regulations for things like governmental policy and insurance reimbursement requirements

Pay: ?30,000.00 - ?40,000.00 per month
