Job Summary:

The Hospital Marketing Executive will be responsible for developing and implementing marketing strategies that promote our hospital's services, enhance our brand presence, and attract new patients. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in healthcare marketing, excellent communication skills, and a proven track record of successful marketing campaigns.

Key Responsibilities:

- Develop and execute comprehensive marketing plans to increase patient acquisition and retention.

- Conduct market research to identify target audiences and understand their needs and preferences.

- Plan and coordinate community outreach events, health fairs, and other promotional activities.

- Monitor and analyze marketing campaign performance, providing regular reports and recommendations for improvement.

- Ensure all marketing efforts comply with healthcare regulations and industry standards.

Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, or a related field.

- Minimum of 3-5 years of marketing experience, preferably in the healthcare industry.

- Proven ability to develop and implement successful marketing strategies.

- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
