A. Developing maintenance procedures and ensuring implementation

B. Carrying out inspections of the facilities to identify and resolve issues

C. Checking electrical and hydraulic systems of buildings to ensure functionality

D. Oversee all installation, repair and upkeep operations of the company's facilities.

H. Should have a solid understanding of plumbing and electrical systems as well as carpentry and other crafts.

K. The goal is to ensure the company facilities are well-cared for and adequate to support the company's business operations.

L. Develop maintenance procedures and ensure implementation

M. To check daily Basic CCT TV camera, EPBAX, LAN, IT Equipment's Tele caller ID Maintenance etc.

N. Conducting with EDP for Cellular network and appropriate functioning of CUG and Intercom systems.

O. Implementing and managing security or integrity and backup procedures

P. Scheduling upgrades

Q. Providing user training, support, advice and feedback

R. Carry out inspections of the facilities to identify and resolve issues

S. Check electrical and hydraulic systems of buildings to ensure functionality

T. Plan and oversee all repair and installation activities

U. Allocate workload and supervise upkeep staff

V. Monitor equipment inventory and place orders when necessary

W. Monitor expenses and control the budget for maintenance

X. Manage relationships with contractors and service providers

Y. Keep maintenance logs and report on daily activities

Z. Ensure health and safety policies are complied with

AA. Should be good in planning maintenance operations

BB. Solid understanding of technical aspects of plumbing, carpentry, electrical systems etc.

CC. Working knowledge of facilities machines and equipment

DD.Ability to keep track of and report on activity

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ?10,314.24 - ?42,821.44 per month
