• Manage daily operations of the IT department.
• Develop new strategies and IT procedures to increase efficiency, enhance workflow and improve customer satisfaction.
• Protect customer data from outside infiltration through encryption, secure data storage and other necessary means.
• Providing technical IT support across the hospital
• Manages and monitors all installed systems and infrastructure for the organization to be in line with hospital guidelines or SOP (standard operating procedure).
• Oversees the development of customized software and hardware requirement.
• Collaborates with other professionals to ensure high quality deliverables within organization guidelines, policies, and procedures.

• Design and implement security systems and redundant backups to maintain data safety.
• Institute protocol for the use of IT across departments and projects .
• Provide advice on the most suitable IT choices.
• Act as link between end users and higher level support /provider
• Prepare the policies & protocols of the HMS with the value addition & the data valuation manuals.
• Immediate support at any point of time for the smooth running of the institution.
• To train users on efficient and optimal usage of hardware & software's.
• To coordinate with other service providers to ensure 24•7 functioning of IT network.

Pay: ?360,000.00 - ?540,000.00 per year
