  • Greet and assist patients, visitors, and staff at the front desk.
  • Manage IPD (In-Patient Department) and OPD (Out-Patient Department) billings with accuracy and efficiency.
  • Provide financial counselling to patients, explaining billing procedures and payment options.
  • Address patient inquiries and resolve billing issues promptly.
  • Maintain and update patient records, ensuring confidentiality and compliance with regulations.
  • Coordinate appointments, patient admissions, and discharges.
  • Assist with administrative tasks such as data entry, correspondence, and filing.
  • Ensure the reception area is clean, organized, and welcoming.

  • Monday to Friday
  • Rotational shift
  • Weekend availability
