HOSPITAL ADMIN & HR MANAGER - 12 HOURS DUTY / 9 AM TO 9 PM / 15,000 SALARY /
MINIMUM 2 YEARS EXPERIENCE. NO FRESHERS, ONLY EXPERIENCED HR

• Oversee daily operations of the hospital, ensuring smooth functioning of all departments.
• BE VERY GOOD WITH HOSPITAL MANAGEMENT SOFTWARE USE - Know how to use and solve doubts in software regarding register patients, billing, pharmacy. ADMIN TRAINING will be given. Co-ordinate with all staffs to get correct report and data from software. File financial reports from software with accountant. Help wherever needed when it is very crowded.
• CLEANLINESS OF HOSPITAL MUST BE MAINTAINED AT ALL TIMES - To check whether the hospital area/wards/washrooms are cleaned properly, To assign duties for the house keeping staffs, To check wards and common areas, including stairways and waiting areas, for cleanliness, To manage Housekeeping Team.
• HR MANAGER - Handle GREYT HR software completely, create DUTY TIMETABLE SHIFT FOR ALL 25 STAFFS, manage any leave permissions, PAYROLL MANAGEMENT in software, Provide support to staff regarding workplace issues, including performance and interpersonal matters, Ensure compliance with labor laws, healthcare regulations, and hospital policies.

COMPLETELY ASSIST AND SUPPORT MS. SHEBNA IN ALL TASKS, THE DIRECTOR OR SRI LAKSHMI MULTI SPECIALITY HOSPITAL.

Pay: ?15,000.00 per month
